BackAdd Prepaid Credit – Now Also With TWINT
At cloudscale.ch, we have always supported several means of payment for topping up your credit balance. This now also includes TWINT, the popular Swiss payment app. However, even with all the existing methods of payment, you will notice an updated look and feel associated with our switch to a new payment service provider.
All sorted with prepaid
Prepaid offers are popular and we all know them from mobile SIM cards and prepaid credit cards. The advantages are obvious: you know exactly where you stand at all times and setting your budget in advance means that there are no surprises at the end of the month. Prepaid mode is particularly well suited to services without basic fees, such as those offered by cloudscale.ch.
To use our cloud services, add an amount of your choice to your account or your organization. The minimum payment is just CHF 10, which gives users a risk-free way of seeing whether our services are right for their use case. When you use services, these are deducted from your credit every day; otherwise the credit remains in your account or organization and can be used at a later date.
Increased flexibility, improved usability
With immediate effect you can now also select TWINT to load your credit. This payment system, which is supported by many Swiss banks, can be used in multiple ways both online and offline and has become popular within a very short time. We are delighted to be able to meet a significant need of our Swiss customers with TWINT.
It goes without saying that you can also continue to use the previous payment methods, which consist of Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PostFinance Card and E-Finance as well as PayPal. Our payment service provider is now Datatrans Ltd., which means that the payment process in our cloud control panel has a new look. We particularly like the clear user guidance and the overlay design, which integrates almost seamlessly into the control panel and makes loading your credit even more elegant.
Unchanged general conditions
Nothing has changed in terms of the general conditions pertaining to your credit. With an unchanged maximum balance of CHF 3000, you can decide how long your credit should last. To-the-second billing also remains unchanged. When you delete a service, any costs that were charged for 24-hour use are credited back to your balance on a pro-rata basis. And it goes without saying that, for every payment made, you receive an email with a VAT-compliant invoice, which can also be downloaded from the control panel.
Usability is a top priority for us. The current switch not only entails cosmetic improvements: with TWINT, we are delighted to offer a new and popular Swiss means of payment, which is an ideal complement to established international payment solutions and PostFinance.
