How do you charge for services?The costs are calculated to-the-second per calendar day, rounded up to whole centimes (CHF 0.01) per cost component and then charged to your balance shortly after midnight (Europe/Zurich time zone).

Do you charge for services which are powered off?We keep all resources reserved for you to ensure that you can power your servers back on at any time. This is why we charge for services regardless if they are currently running or not.

Do you offer refunds?No, any purchase of credit is final. Please only buy as much credit as you intend to use.

Which payment methods do you offer?We accept payments through American Express, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance, and TWINT.

Will I have to pay taxes?For customers in Switzerland and the EU, VAT will be charged at the time you buy credit. For business customers in the EU, VAT will not be charged once we have successfully verified your VAT ID.
